Its classic forest green, navy, and red plaid 100% wool exterior is lined with a matching forest green microfleece for extra coziness. Bold red piping trim accents the edges of the coat, and coordinates well with its bright red buttons. Unlike regular dog coats, Mackenzie Plaid Dachshund Coat was designed for dachshunds, providing the perfect length to cover their adorable long bodies while protecting their broad chests and delightfully low-to-the-ground tummies. The quick and easily adjustable neck tab and side wings ensure a perfect fit.

The Mackenzie Plaid Dachshund Coat has a really useful feature: a D-ring on the back of the coat to allow for a simple and quick clip of the leash to let you get dressed and out the door quickly! Triple stitched, substantial nylon strapping holds the D-ring in place. For those dachshunds who prefer to wear a harness under the coat, there is a reinforced harness hole on the back of the coat to allow for the leash to clip to the harness D-ring. If you wish, you can also attach a matching ID tag to the D-ring.

Plus it is reversible, too! Reverse the coat to wear it with its forest green microfleece side out. Its red piping trim and plaid faux waist belt complete the finished look!
